About this Policy

This Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on skvcargo.eu, operated by SKV CARGO LTD., UIC 205892815, at: Bulgaria, Sofia, Izgrev District, 13B “Tintyava” St., apt. ground floor. Contact: cargo@skvltd.com.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, including local and session storage, can also store or access information. We apply the relevant rules to them according to their purpose.

Necessary technologies

These are used for functions strictly necessary to provide the service you have expressly requested, including saving your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled through the settings window. This exception does not automatically cover all technologies used by a provider.

Analytics technologies — Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and improve it. Optional analytics tools and cookies are activated only after consent to this category. Refusing does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

Google Search Console

Search Console is used for indexing and reports on performance in Google. We do not present it as a separate cookie category; its use does not, in itself, require analytics cookies on the website.

Technologies actually used

The current version uses the following first-party records for your explicit choice. Neither record is created before you make a choice.

skv.cookie-consent — localStorage
Provider/site: SKV CARGO LTD. / skvcargo.eu; the record is limited to the current website origin.
Purpose: saves the permitted categories, version, choice time and expiry.
Category: necessary technology.
Validity: up to 12 months from the explicit action, without renewal on visits; invalid or expired records are removed at the next consent check.
Activation: only after accepting, rejecting or saving preferences.

skv.cookie-consent-receipt — sessionStorage
Provider/site: SKV CARGO LTD. / skvcargo.eu; the record is limited to the current website origin.
Purpose: a separate minimal record of the latest explicit action and whether preferences were saved persistently; maintains the choice in the current session when local storage is unavailable.
Category: necessary technology.
Lifetime: the browser tab session; replaced by the next explicit action.
Activation: only after accepting, rejecting or saving preferences.

This version does not set HTTP cookies or load Google Analytics, advertising tags or partner tracking. When additional technologies are implemented, this list will be updated with their verified names, providers, purposes, lifetimes and activation conditions.

Your choice and how to change it

We save your choice for up to 12 months. If the purposes or categories change materially, we request a new choice earlier. The lifetimes of other individual cookies are listed separately; the 14-month GA4 setting is not a cookie lifetime.

On your first visit, you can accept all offered categories, reject optional cookies or choose your settings. Optional categories remain disabled until you give consent. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future use of the relevant optional tools. You can also manage stored cookies through your browser; deleting your saved choice may cause the banner to appear again.

Embedded partner services

When adding a partner search tool or other external tool, we describe the technologies actually used, their providers, purposes and lifetimes. Partners’ optional cookies and similar technologies are activated only after the appropriate prior consent. Consent to Google Analytics is not automatic consent to partner tracking.

If a tool requires consent, you can refuse to load it without losing access to the main content and enquiry forms addressed to SKV Cargo. After you move to an external platform, your choice regarding its cookies is managed there; your choice on our website is not automatically transferred.
