CLASS 2
Overall height over 2 m and up to 3 m. At Fréjus, class 2 also includes vehicles with a height at the front axle over 1.30 m.

CLASS 3
Two axles and overall height over 3 m. Goods vehicles over 3.5 t: Euro 5–6 at both tunnels. Separate rules apply to buses.

Three or more axles and overall height over 3 m. Goods vehicles over 3.5 t: Euro 5–6 at both tunnels. Separate rules apply to buses.

CLASS B · ABNORMAL LOADS
Fréjus: width 2.81–3.50 m; Euro 5–6 for goods vehicles. This class also covers slow or towed vehicles. Prior arrangements are required.

CLASS C · ABNORMAL LOADS
Fréjus: width 3.51–6 m or length over 25 m; Euro 5–6 for goods vehicles. Access via the A43 to the tunnel requires prior agreement.
