Who operates the website

The website skvcargo.eu is operated by SKV CARGO LTD., UIC 205892815, with its registered office and address of management at: Bulgaria, Sofia, Izgrev District, 13B “Tintyava” St., apt. ground floor, referred to below as “SKV Cargo” or “we”.

Purpose of the website

The website presents ferry routes and tunnel crossing options and enables you to contact the SKV Cargo team for information, a quotation and booking assistance. Its main focus is serving freight transport. The website does not offer user registration, user accounts or online payments. The forms are used to submit enquiries.

Enquiries and quotations

The quotation, tunnel crossing price and contact forms send your enquiry directly to cargo@skvltd.com, where it is handled by the SKV Cargo team. Submitting a form and receiving an automated acknowledgement do not, in themselves, constitute a confirmed booking, an issued ticket or an obligation to pay.

Provide accurate information and contact details through which we can reach you. To prepare a specific quotation, we may need to clarify the route, date, vehicle or other relevant conditions. You can submit an enquiry without specifying a date; we will clarify it during our subsequent contact before preparing a specific quotation.

Subsequent quotations, bookings, contracts, payments, changes and cancellations are arranged outside the website through separate communication with SKV Cargo. These Terms govern the use of the website and the submission of enquiries; they do not replace the terms of a service subsequently agreed.

Routes and timetables

Information about routes and timetables helps you plan transport. The relevant operators may make changes. A specific booking is subject to the confirmed journey details and the terms provided. For a combined route, both the sea crossings and the indicated overland section must be taken into account.

This clarification does not exclude SKV Cargo’s responsibility for its own actions and the information it provides.

Permitted use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, misuse the forms, act on another person’s behalf without authority, or carry out activities that compromise its security or operation.

Texts, images, logos and other materials are protected under applicable law. Use beyond what the law permits requires the consent of the relevant rights holder.

The company name, logo and trade marks of SKV Cargo and its partners may not be used without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Partner services and external platforms

The website may contain links or embedded tools for searching for services offered by external partners, such as ferry tickets for passengers and private vehicles, accommodation, taxi services, transfers and other related services. The presence of a link or tool does not mean that SKV Cargo is the provider of that service. SKV Cargo does not combine or sell these partner services on its website; the specific service is selected, booked and paid for on the partner’s platform.

When you use a partner service, we identify the partner and indicate when you are continuing to its platform. Before committing to a booking or payment, you must be able to identify your contracting party and review the applicable terms, prices and rules for changes, cancellations and refunds. If the partner acts as an intermediary, the terms of the provider it identifies may also apply.

Bookings and payments you make on an external platform are processed under the terms applicable there. Questions about performance, changes, cancellations and refunds should be addressed to the party identified in the confirmation. A redirect alone does not create a contract with SKV Cargo for that service. This does not limit our responsibility for our own actions or your mandatory statutory rights.

If we receive a commission or other remuneration for a referral, we identify the commercial nature of the relevant link or offer. Using a partner link does not, in itself, constitute consent to marketing, tracking or the transfer of all data from your enquiries.

Data processing through embedded tools and redirects is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Please also review the external platform’s own policies.

Changes, contact and applicable law

When we change these Terms, we publish the updated text and its date. A change does not automatically amend services already agreed. For questions or complaints, contact us at cargo@skvltd.com and provide the information necessary for the case.

Bulgarian law applies, without limiting any mandatory rights and protections applicable to the customer concerned. Disputes are referred to the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules.
